Who we are

Our Mission

Our People

The Willow Avenue Church of Christ is a family of Christians who love God and His word.

We're a Church Family. We bear each other's burdens. We strive to provide for others physically and spiritually. All while glorifying God through our actions.

We're a friendly, welcoming congregation of God's people. We love all people and we want you to join our spiritual family. Come worship with us!

You are always welcome. We hope we can be a blessing to you, and we are confident you will be a blessing to us!

Our Principles

We want to be the Church that Jesus built. We desire to teach the complete and full truth of the Bible, including the plan of salvation as it is given to us in the Scriptures.

Although we all sin daily, we are thankful for God's grace. It is our desire and passion to grow closer to God by following his teachings. By studying God's plan, Jesus's death and resurrection, and the plan of salvation, we strive for the ultimate goal: Heaven. It's our mission to lead as many to Heaven as possible.

Our Involvement

"Pure and undefiled religion in the sight of our God and Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their distress, and to keep oneself unstained by the world" James 1:27

Here at the Willow Ave Church of Christ we're on a mission to make this life the best it can while we serve others, as Christ was a servant.

Willow has many programs to help feed and care for the elderly and venerable. Pitch in to cook for Willow Meals, pack backpacks for children who can't afford their supplies, or help educate those who need assistance with our Healthy Hearts & Health Minds ministry.

Our Life

The Christian life isn't walked alone. We share our struggles and our triumphs with each other. We share meals and share laughs. We share our lives.

Our children regularly host a movie night, go bowling, or learn how to serve in the Church.

Our teens learn how to deepen their faith in God. They spend each Wednesday afternoon together with fun activities, service projects, and bible study. Not to mention their awesome trips to area events and their seasonal retreats.

Every person has a place. Every person can find a home and life here at Willow.
